The Effect of Principal Instructional Leadership, Work Climate and Work Motivation on Teachers' Organizational Citizenship Behavior in MTsN throughout Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency

This study aims to determine and analyze the direct indirect effects of instructional leadership, work climate motivation on commitment organizational citizenship behavior teachers at MTsN in Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency. research is correlational with path analysis. The population this was 350 from 12 a sample technique 187 people. It used proportional random sampling. Data collected using instruments consisting principals' leadership instrument (28 items), (24 items) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (18 items). were tested for validity reliability analyzed results showed that there teacher behavior.
